We’re proud to recognize our very own Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer Geisler, who won Gold in the “Woman Achiever in Marketing” category for the successful launch of CYPHER AI 360 from CYPHER Learning – the world’s first and only AI-powered learning course creator and skills development companion. Jennifer won alongside honorees from such high-profile organizations as IBM, VISA, Credit Suisse, Bristol Myers Squibb, YouTube, Meta, Barclays, Dominos and Hilton, among others.
This launch was monumental for the company, given the innovative capabilities of AI 360 and its projected revenue and market impact. AI 360 accelerates the creation of skills-based, gamified courses, with assessments and reporting in minutes – laying the foundations for personalized learning at scale. The tool is a transformative force, giving the gift of time, financial efficiency, and newfound freedom to corporate trainers, leaders, managers, and organizations who long for a truly elevated learning experience.
Jennifer spearheaded the successful launch of the product, working closely with the CYPHER Learning leadership team, customer success, marketing, and PR teams to create an integrated approach that would have the most impact regarding awareness and bottom-line revenue. The results of the launch garnered significant positive social media impressions, earned media coverage, including placements in CNN, CBS, and Yahoo Finance, as well as analyst recognition.
As a whole, Jennifer is a wonderfully supportive colleague and mentor, who believes in building up everyone around her and empowering them to do their best.
