How do I export my content?
If you choose not to transition to a paid account, you can export your information before your account is deactivated. Here’s how:
Courses
- Bulk export all courses (excluding content) via Admin > Export > Courses.
- Export course content separately in Common Cartridge Format (CCF) via Course > Admin > Export > Export Common Cartridge.
- You will receive a notification when the export is ready for download.
Reports & Account Data
- Export all reports in CSV, chart, and HTML format via Admin > Reports.
- Export all account fields as CSV via Admin > Export.
Grades & Assessments
- Export all grades as CSV via Courses > List > Select Course > Grades.
- Export quizzes and question banks as QTI format via Instructors > Question Banks > Export Question Banks.
Other Data
- Export details about courses, assessments, groups, and more via our APIs (JSON format)—see our online help for details.
- Export quiz and survey statistics as CSV via the Analytics tab of assessments.
