The solution

  • Implemented a leadership academy to provide a quicker turnaround for employees to learn their roles
  • Courses are recognized by the California Board of Nursing to be worth 4 CE nursing credits
  • The platform has allowed them to become fully vertically integrated

Our processes have never been easier to maintain as well as having the ability to keep electronic records of all employees in the company. The reporting tools have been extremely valuable as well as the ability to allow multiple administrators who can manage their respective regulatory training programs globally. This is a big plus as each country has different regulations. This takes the burden off of our corporate headquarters by not having to manage all locations from that standpoint.

Implementation

Our path entitled "Leadership Academy" has 105 competencies alone. I have several employees coming to me personally saying how much they enjoy the courses and the ease of use with this platform. It also allows for a more efficient and quicker turnaround time for employees to learn their roles, thus making us more productive, which leads to revenue.

We have been creating a wound certification course for the past several months that is four hours long. It is worth 4 CE nursing credits and recognized by the California Board of Nursing to allow for these credits. It was just released and was so well received that it is now available to any health care provider outside of Gentell

It has been a game changer for our organization. We are recognized as the only fully vertically integrated wound care company globally and this takes us one step closer to maintaining our standing in our industry.

The results

  • Driven over 10 internal promotions using their leadership development courses
  • Intuitive course creation has supported the launch of 80 courses on the platform in just 8 months

I can say at our corporate office alone, we've promoted over 10 people as a direct result of our leadership courses. We promote from within and it is a requirement to complete the leadership courses as a prerequisite. 

Our Leadership Academy has been a big success with several promotions given since the launch of CYPHER. It's been only 8 months approximately since we launched it and we already have over 80 courses on the platform and it continues to grow.

We are always being approached by our employees telling how much their online experience has changed them. They feel empowered to learn continuously with the amount of courses we have available to them.
